With its many years of experience in development, Bespoke Property Consultants is also able to advise local authorities and landowners on the best way of bringing land forward in the planning / development process. We have worked on schemes ranging from single-units to large multi-phase residential and mixed-use developments, in addition we are practiced at dealing with contaminated sites as well as those with large infrastructure requirements. To aid delivery we have made grant applications to Homes England, managed sales to Registered Providers, as well as giving assistance with the registration of new RPs.
